True Illumination is a founder-run local business rooted right here in the Tri-Cities. We started with residential Christmas installs — hanging lights for neighbors who wanted a beautiful home without the hassle — and have grown to serve the whole region with both seasonal and permanent lighting.

When should I book my Christmas lights?

Book by early October for the best dates — our seasonal schedule fills up fast. We start installs in late October and run through December.

Do you provide the lights, or do I need my own?

We provide everything — commercial-grade lights, hardware, and all equipment. You don't need to buy, store, or climb anything. If you have lights you'd like us to reuse, just let us know.

What happens if a bulb goes out during the season?

Just call or text us. Seasonal packages include maintenance, so we'll come out and fix any outages at no extra charge during the season.

Do you work with businesses and HOAs?

Yes! We handle commercial properties, HOAs, retail centers, and property managers across the Tri-Cities. We're fully licensed and insured for commercial-scale work.

What is permanent lighting and how is it different from holiday lights?

Permanent lighting is a discreet, year-round LED system installed along your roofline that stays up all year. You control the colors from an app — warm white for everyday, red and green for Christmas, or any color for special occasions. No ladders, no install, no takedown.
